(“the Company”) through its ecommerce data and analytics platform (“the Platform”). By creating an account and accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Agreement
   1. The Agreement shall remain in effect from the moment of account creation until termination.
   2. Users may terminate their agreement by notifying the Company through the email address dsa@earlydata.com. This will lead to termination of their account
   3. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice.


2. Information Collection and Use
   1. During the registration process, the Company will collect your email address for internal purposes only.
   2. The Company will not disclose, sell, or provide your email address to any third party without your explicit consent.


3. Prohibited Activities

   Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from reselling any data obtained from the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

   All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including but not limited to data, analytics, and proprietary information, belong to the Company. Users are not granted any rights or licenses to the intellectual property owned by the Company.

5. User-Generated Content

   The Platform does not allow users to generate or upload any content. All content available on the Platform is the property of the Company.

6. Disclaimer of Data Accuracy

   The Company strives to provide accurate data and estimates; however, there is no guarantee of the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the data provided on the Platform.
   
   Users acknowledge that the data on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not entitle them to customer service or access to data beyond what is available online at any given moment.

   By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to collect simple usage information for analytical purposes. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. External Links

   The Platform may contain links or references to external websites or third-party services. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any external sources linked through the Platform. Users access such external sources at their own risk.

9. Account Termination

   The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to automated data crawling or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

    The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Platform after such modifications, users agree to be bound by the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shanghai, China.
